Dr. Constantine Stratak is the Chief of the Section on Endocrinology & Genetics and Director of the Pediatric Endocrinology Program at the National Institute of Child Health & Human Development (NICHD) at the National Institutes of Health. He has an extensive collection of accolades and accomplishments including being in a group of researchers to be the first to discover certain genes and mutations in some endocrine syndromes and tumors. Dr. Stratakis also serves as the Deputy Editor of the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism, the leading journal in Endocrinology. |
Evgenia Gourgari, MD NICHD | Dr. Gourgari, researcher and fellow at the NIH with Dr. Stratakis. Dr. Gourgari received her medical degree in Greece and recently completed her residency. She is currently doing research on PCOS and adrenal hyperplasia among adolescent females. |
